What We Will Do For You? FREE one (1) hour Wedding/Event planning consultation.
Where you start:
You will receive a free, one (1) hour event consultation. Your consultation happens in two phases. First, via conference call to
gather information about your event. Second, a face-to-face meeting is scheduled in Midtown/Atlanta Station so we may meet
in person. Some of our clients book us from locations all over the country so if this is your situation, we do understand if you
cannot have a face-to-face meeting.
What you will get:
Once we are booked, you are immediately released from the stresses, and heavy burdens that are often associated with
planning formal events. You will be free to showcase your own unique and personalized style for a life celebration each guest
will remember and cherish, including you!

"Day-Of" Wedding Service
**WHAT EVERY POTENTIAL "DAY-OF" WEDDING CLIENT SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS SERVICE. We at New
Beginnings are happy to provide "Day-of" Wedding Service as an affordable solution to meet our clients' needs. In the spirit of
making sure that this service is right for you, we need to share the following: the term "Day-Of" for wedding coordination is a
bit misleading. Professional wedding consultants do not, and cannot come in at the end of one's wedding planning process
only to only coordinate the "Day-of" the wedding.
As with any good executed plan, there must be strategic design, organization, communication, and execution. Wedding
consultants who are hired at the end of the wedding planning process must play a tremendous amount of catch up, no matter
what the size of the wedding, to get up to speed on their clients' wedding planning. The average wedding is planned
somewhere between nine and fifteen months. That means, wedding consultants coming in after such a lengthy time period
must work harder, longer and faster to conceptualize the wedding vision, your wedding vision.
And, regarding cost for this service. When a Bride hires a wedding company to perform any wedding planning service, she is
hiring the company to perform mainly labor/service up to, and including the wedding day. Just like with every "service/labor"
company (i.e.: attorneys, electricians, etc.), there is an hourly labor rate that said wedding company earns. In general,
companies who are more seasoned and work with customers who have higher budgets do tend to cost more. A general
breakdown of our wedding consultant's time for "Day-of" service looks something like this:
10-15 Wedding planning hours to get caught up
1 - 2 Hours to coordinate wedding rehearsal and pick up items for wedding
2 Hours to arrive at the ceremony site before the wedding to oversee plans
6 - 8 Wedding and Reception Management
Up to 1 hour clean up (i.e.: pick up favors, re-pack up items to be returned to clients, etc.)
Multiply these hours by a $50 an hour wedding planning labor rate and the cost of this service is already at $1,000. (The
standard service industry rates fall between $50 - $125 an hour.) That is not considering any special dynamics to be
added. As you can see, the wedding consultant did not just show up and manage the "Day-of" the wedding.
New Beginnings Weddings is a professional wedding planning company that is comprised of fulltime, "professional" wedding
planners. These talented individuals have decades of experience and planned hundreds of events. What does this mean for
you? That you are hiring professionals who know how to design the day you want. We state confidently that you will
receive at least 110% hard work, professionalism, dedication and commitment put toward your event from us. "We do not just
plan events...we create memorable celebrations."
1. " Wedding Day Management"* Minimum fee applies.**^
This package is usually booked four to six weeks prior to wedding and includes review and confirmation of the details already
made, rehearsal coordination (up to forty-five (45) minutes), one and one half (1 1/2) hours pre-wedding on sight coordination,
and six (6) hours on-site wedding day of management.**
2. "Basic Wedding Planning Service"* Minimum fee applies.**^
Brides book this package no less than twelve weeks (but no more than three months) prior to the wedding. With this service
you receives basic wedding planning guidance. This service does include rehearsal coordination (up to one (1) hour), and
eight (8) hours of wedding day management.**
TRADITIONAL, FULL AND CUSTOM WEDDING SERVICES
3. "Traditional Wedding Planning Service"* Quote Required**^
Brides book this service when they are in their early stages of wedding planning and find that they are overwhelmed by the
details. Clients want to secure someone else to take away the stresses and help direct them in ways to perfect their wedding
day vision. This service does provide assistance from venue selection to rehearsal.
4. "Full Wedding Planning Service"*Quote Required**^
Brides book this service when they want assistance in every wedding planning phases from the venue to the rehearsal, and
includes ten (10) hours of wedding day management..
5. "Concierge-Style Customize Wedding Planning Service"*^**
The Brides who book this service are extremely busy and have a very discerning eye for details and lifestyle choices (i.e.:
fashion, fine dining, travel, etc.) Note: With this service, Brides receive an extremely high level of personal,
"concierge-style"attention. As a result, the cost for this service will be assessed using a percentage of 10% of the total
wedding cost. Fee will be no less than $4,000.
*Actual wedding cost may vary dependent on such variables such as location dynamics, size, time, date, and actual wedding
day logistics. Regardless of what you choose, ultimately you DO need someone else on hand on the day of the wedding. You
deserve that. **Some restrictions apply.
ALLEN EVENTIONS, PARTY PLANNING AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Allen Signature Eventions is our party planning/special event division. Event planning costs are always customized and determined by
he number of hours necessary to put together the event, number of guests scheduled to attend, logistics involved in creating
the event, any decor elements added, and time and date of the event. In general, special event service rate starts at $50 per
hour. No packages are available for parties or special events.
Disclosure of additional fees for All Events:
^An additional $150 an hour fee is incurred if we must stay past the contracted duration. $150 will be added to all events that
are in two locations due to the logistical challenges posed by such events and staff required to be in both locations. $200 will
be added to events that take place on, or around major holidays (i.e.: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve). For events over 150 guests, more labor is required because the demand for it is
greater as a result of the increased number of guests. Thus, a mandatory "high event fee" of $200 will apply.

Braselton, Biltmore Ballrooms, Fox Theatre with your name in lights on the marquis, to moderate affairs on the amazing
grounds of Villa Christina, Perimeter, we can help you design a one of a kind event that will be absolutely fabulous, stylish and
chic. No two events are ever alike, nor should they be, We take the time to listen to your vision and understand how we may
best serve you to achieve your dream.
