What Is In It For You To Hire NBWE?

Along with your customized wedding service, and any additional products, just as importantly is what we will do to care for you "personally" in addtion to managing your wedding day production, that includes at no additional cost:

1 At least one Senior Wedding Consultant on Site to Oversee Everything;

2. One Wedding Assistant on Site to assist the Senior NBWE Wedding Consultant; and

3 For our full and complete wedding services clients, one "Lady in Waiting" whose sole responsibility is to care for your every need, along with your wedding party while you wait to say "I DO".

*All levels of service will be priced based on the elements below. Exact pricing cannot be determined until after New Beginnings Weddings has spoken with the potential client(s).
SEPTEMBER IS BRIDES APPRECIATION MONTH! New Beginnings Weddings and Events is naming September 2010 "Brides Appreciation Month." In appreciate to the NBW Bride, she gets up to a 20%* discount on any wedding service secured by September 30, 2010.
New Beginnings Weddings offers five "levels" of service. They are:
Level 1 - Full Scale Wedding Planning Production Wedding Service* Starts at $2,599
Level 2 - Complete Wedding Planning Coordination and Guidance* Starts at $1,799
Level 3 - Partial Wedding Planning and Guidance Wedding Service* (Primarily consulting, cost-cutting ideas and suggestions. Customized service and economically priced for budget conscience couples.) * Starts at $1,399
Level 4 - Month/Wedding Day Detail Wrap Up, Day of Rehearsal and Reception Coordination Wedding Service (Because there are ALWAYS final details to wrap up. No wedding seasoned consultant will agree to, or able to just "show up" prepared to coordinate your day without doing some strategic planning.*Starts at $1,099
Level 5 - Wedding Day Management
Starts at $999
All levels include full wedding day management oversight and at least two (2) onsite wedding consultants to manage the day's events.

Wedding Reception Only Management is also available but only for Brides who are getting married at a church and do not need a coordinator for that part of their day. This exception is strictly enforced. This service is available upon request only and is completely customized based on the wedding day dynamics as with all other services.
(Minimum of $695 applies.)
New Beginnings Weddings' wedding and event consultations are absolultely free. The only requirement to our consultations is a "pre-consult" telephone conference call. At the time, please be so kind to be prepared to discuss:
1. Your date; (We must be able to check our availability)
2. Your budget; (Although our fee is not based on budget, budget is absolutely an integral part of the process and we have to have some idea of what you have available to work with.)
3. Your vision;
4. What planning you have (or have not) completed thus far; and
5. What you believe your wedding planning needs are at this moment.

(1) Date and Time of Wedding;
(2) The number of months that are available to complete planning details between contract and wedding date;
(3) Location and dynamics of ceremony and reception site(s).

(5) Whether Rhonda is the Senior Wedding or Event Consultant or one of the other NBWE Event Managers takes on the role.

I wanted to let you know how grateful I am for your guidance throughout the entire process. My wedding turned out to be everything I wanted it to be! I had just moved to the state when my boyfriend proposed. So I had to plan a wedding in a new city without any of my friends or family around to help me.
